This company is Irresponsible and unprofessional, at least in Los Angeles area. This delivery co. damaged the new appliance I ordered during transport and the driver had the face to ask me if I wanted a discount for the damage, which I refused. Then they did not give me any info on a replacement unit; I complained to vendor, who called the delivery agent, and they told the vendor my replacement was scheduled for delivery 4 days later.
